How to run a short-video matrix: 5 steps for one person managing multiple platforms

Most people think a "matrix" means opening several accounts and posting the same video everywhere. The result: more accounts, more exhaustion, worse numbers. A real matrix is a repeatable process one person can run.

Step 1: Nail the direction with one main account

Get one account working before you copy it. Topic selection answers one question: what are your target customers searching for? Use competitor tracking to see the past 7 days of hits in your niche and note the title structures — copy the structure, not the content.

Step 2: One asset, many versions
